The Department of Health will be providing a preventative oral health program which will provide a dental assessment, oral hygiene instructions, fluoride varnish and place protective sealants, if needed to 2nd-5th graders on May 14-17th. Information on this program and a consent will be sent home with your student this week. Please send the completed consent back with either a “yes” or “no” checked.
